Andrew is an exercise physiologist, sport scientist, and performance nutritionist who works with athletes from all backgrounds and levels — from recreational competitors to world and Olympic champions. His PhD research at Abertay University pioneered the use of Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) in professional boxing, and his methods are now adopted by leading practitioners and national governing bodies worldwide.

As a consultant to elite teams and a Full Member of The Physiological Society, Andrew bridges the gap between laboratory research and real-world performance — delivering data-driven insight that changes how athletes train, recover, and compete.
